Job summary

Manulife Financial Corporation is seeking a Wealth Operations Analyst to join the Global Asset and Wealth Solutions team (MBPS). The role involves processing routine transactions, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with various teams to resolve escalations while applying independent judgment within process guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, 2–3 years of relevant experience in Investment/Wealth, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Investment/Wealth, Securities or similar industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Client-centric exposure and strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure and understanding of Investment and Wealth Products.

Responsibilities

• Process all routine and standard transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions for distribution channels and clients.
• Collaborate with Contact Centre, Advisory Support Managers, and Vendor for escalations.
• Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely processing.
• Assist with documenting internal and external processes.
• Identify and solve basic-to-semi complex problems based on customer needs and guidelines.
• Prioritize workload to accommodate fluctuations and unplanned work.
• Make appropriate decisions on semi-complex issues considering implications.
