Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock in Manila invites a skilled analyst to manage cash settlements, wire payments, FX, and liquidity projections for Asia and North America. You will ensure accuracy in General Account books, coordinate with custodians, and support intraday cash activities to meet funding requirements.

You will also uphold SOX controls, drive process improvements, and coach teammates while collaborating with Treasury and investment teams in a hybrid work setup from Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience in securities, investments, cash settlements, or financial-services operations.
• Understanding of end-to-end cash flows, cash projections, reconciliations, custodial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with multiple custodial portals.

Responsibilities

• Validate, record, and process cash, income, and investment transactions across accounts.
• Execute wire payments and FX transactions to support timely settlements.
• Monitor cash movements, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with banks.
• Maintain SOX controls and complete supporting documentation with proper routing.
