Testing Site - JPMC in Metro Manila is seeking a USPB Client Operations Vice President to lead a large Wealth Management Operations team, overseeing onboarding, KYC, and maintenance processes while driving improvements.

You will partner with Front Office, Product, and global teams to ensure reliable service delivery, manage capacity and headcount, and steer transformation projects that elevate client outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Science, or equivalent military experience.
• Twelve years of relevant operations experience, including eight years in people and team management.
• Experience managing large teams and leading people managers.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive transformation projects and governance initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including scorecards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all process-level SLAs for productivity, accuracy, turn times, and staffing are met and improved.
• Manage exceptions throughout onboarding lifecycle with timely resolution and minimal risk.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams for effective communication on exceptional cases.
• Deliver high-quality performance and accuracy to meet client needs and expectations.
• Ensure adherence to service level commitments, process controls, and escalation policies.
• Proactively identify issues and adapt to changes to drive improvements.
• Engage with business and project teams to define and close efficiency projects on time.
• Chair senior-level governance forums and communicate project updates.
• Supervise and manage Client Operations team including hiring and talent development.
• Lead transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee volume analysis, capacity planning, and headcount assessment.
