Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Metro Manila seeks an Executive Director to lead Billing Operations transformation. You will shape strategy, govern controls, and drive end-to-end process improvements in a fast-paced, global business environment.

You will collaborate with the Global Head of Client Billing Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable efficiency gains, improve SLAs, and accelerate revenue recognition while mentoring a large team across Manila and Plano.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Strategy, Transformation or Consulting with tech/ops focus.
• Experience partnering with Risk, Controls and Audit teams.
• Ability to design and execute strategic planning and process change.
• Collaborative, team-oriented leadership with clear documentation.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate strategies to executives.
• Proficient data analysis using Excel for strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to reduce manual processes and mitigate risks using tech.
• Design and implement a strategic roadmap for control environment changes.
• Improve issue and error reporting to shorten case timelines and SLAs.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration across teams and functions.
• Automate and optimize billing processes to accelerate revenue.
• Manage a ~30 FTE team across Manila and Plano and coordinate with leaders.
• Identify and execute process improvements with KPIs to prove value.
• Engage stakeholders up to senior leadership for alignment and support.
• Partner with Product and Automation teams to drive sustainable change.
