Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks an Executive Director to lead Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Operations across multiple sites in the Philippines. You will own end-to-end service delivery, partnering with senior leaders to build a scalable operating model that balances client experience, quality, controls, and risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in financial services.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership with multi-site teams.
• Delivery across private banking operations with strong client outcomes.
• Experience leading digital transformation and automation with measurable impact.
• Strong control discipline and audit readiness.
• Excellent judgment with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven program management skills in governance and execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a multi-year operations strategy aligned to priorities and regulatory expectations.
• Design and evolve a scalable operating model including capacity, coverage, governance, and location strategy.
• Standardize processes across locations with common procedures and training.
• Own end-to-end service delivery across middle office, cash ops, settlements, client onboarding, and more.
• Operate a consistent quality and remediation model with root-cause analysis.
• Lead fraud and client-impact remediation with durable closure and clear timelines.
• Drive transformation with digital solutions to reduce exceptions and rework.
• Maintain a strong first-line control environment and reporting cadence.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships and translate insights into roadmaps.
• Define metrics and cadences that drive accountability for quality, productivity and risk.
• Lead a large, multi-site organization by strengthening talent pipelines and inclusion.
