Job summary

A customer service company in Quezon City is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining documentation. Ideal candidates are Senior High School graduates or have at least 2 years in college and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Training will be provided, and candidates should be amenable to shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• No back subjects in college if 2 years in college.
• With or without BPO experience; training will be provided.
• Amenable to shift schedules and onsite work.
