Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an Industrial Sales professional to drive growth for engineering and technical products in Metro Manila and surrounding areas.

You will gather market data, identify opportunities, call on clients, and provide technical solutions for pumps, seals, motors, and controls. Travel and field work are essential; owning a car is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Engineering or Technical Courses.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as Industrial Sales.
• Willing to travel and do field work; owning a car is an advantage.
• With good communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
• Able to negotiate with and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities into long-term partnerships within the industry.
• Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Reviews customer requirements, including tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for pumps, seals, motors, controls, and other related equipment used in manufacturing plants.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quotation sheets, proposals and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product and technical presentations.
