Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Industrial Sales professional to travel to client sites and drive sales in the region. The role requires strong communication and technical insight to match customer needs with pumps, seals, motors, and related equipment used in manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities include market analysis, client outreach, site visits, and preparation of quotes and tender documents. Willingness to relocate to Pasig City, Cebu, or Cagayan de Oro is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of engineering or technical courses.
• Minimum of three years of experience in industrial sales.
• Willing to travel and do field work; car ownership is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
• Able to negotiate with and influence others.
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to Pasig City, Cebu or Cagayan de Oro.

• Gather and analyze market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities into long-term partnerships within the industry.
• Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Reviews customer requirements, including tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules, etc.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for pumps, seals, motors, controls, and other related equipment used in manufacturing plants.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical evaluations.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, quotation sheets, proposal and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product and technical presentations.
