Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Industrial Sales professional to drive new business and service existing accounts.

You will gather market data, present technical solutions for pumps, seals, motors, and related equipment, conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and support tender processes for manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or Technical Courses.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Industrial Sales.
• Willing to travel and perform field work; owning a car is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and sales skills.
• Able to negotiate with and influence others.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze market information related to products and services for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities into long-term partnerships within the industry.
• Call on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Review customer requirements including tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules, etc.
• Provide technical solutions and recommendations for pumps, seals, motors, controls, and other related equipment used in manufacturing plants.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and technical evaluations.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, quotation sheets, proposals, and tenders based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product and technical presentations.
