Global Group Investment & Property Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Water Management Officer to oversee water distribution across subdivisions and condo properties.

You will ensure reliable supply, proper maintenance of water systems, and timely resolution of water concerns, while supervising plumbers and maintenance personnel. You will coordinate with contractors, monitor pumps, and conduct property inspections to uphold quality and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent.
• English and Filipino required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; multitask and prioritize.

Responsabilidades

• Supervising and monitoring the in-house technicians/plumbers daily activities.
• Facilitate water disconnection and reconnection.
• Monitor the maintenance of the water pump and facilitate repairs related to water facilities (on call 24/7 during emergencies).
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address issues.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry and environmental standards.
• Prepare reports, quotations, and annual budget as needed.

About the role

The Water Management Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing water distribution operations across different subdivisions and condominium properties. The position ensures reliable and efficient water supply, proper maintenance of water systems, and timely resolution of water-related concerns. The officer also supervises and coordinates the activities of plumbers and maintenance personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Supervising and monitoring of the in-house technicians/plumbers daily activities
• Facilitate water disconnection and reconnection
• Monitor the maintenance of the water pump and facilitate repairs related to the water facilities (on call for 24/7 especially during emergency water interruptions)
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any issues or concerns
• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and provide its solutions
• Manage and oversee the work of subcontractors and ensuring the work's quality and safety standards
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry and environmental standards
• Prepare reports, quotations, and annual budget as needed

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in maintenance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with homeowners, contractors, and colleagues
• Familiarity with relevant water regulations and best practices
• Proactive attitude and has a work commitment
