Job summary

Countrywide Water Services, Inc. is seeking a Water Distribution Operator to support operation of the water distribution system at Filinvest Properties. You will operate deepwell pumps, chlorine dosing equipment, and perform daily tasks including meter readings and tank inspections.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, strong attention to safety and regulations, and a customer-oriented approach while working flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial Electrician certification with 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience as welder/mechanic.
• Valid 4-wheel driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor deepwell operations within Filinvest Properties to comply with regulations.
• Operate plant equipment such as deepwell pumps, chlorine dosing pumps and testers.
• Perform daily operational tasks including cleaning of water tanks and dosing pumps.
• Inspect deepwell stations for defects and report issues.
• Read meters and monitor electricity usage.
• Install new service connections as advised by Water Distribution Engineer.
• Reconnect water meters upon billing and collection department guidance.
• Maintain, repair, and install plumbing fixtures in the water distribution system.
• Conduct monthly meter readings and clean storage tanks annually.
• Report illegal connections to Operations Engineers.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Job Summary

The Water Distribution Operator, reporting to the Operations Engineer, will provide support on the operation of the water distribution system network in Filinvest Properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining and monitoring of deepwell operations withinthe assigned Filinvest Properties ensuring its compliance with Philippineregulations

Operating plant equipment such as deepwell pumps,chlorine dosing pumps and chlorine tester

Perform daily operational task such as, but notlimited to:

Cleaning of water tank area

Cleaning of dosing pumps and check residualchlorine

Inspection of deepwell station for defects

Mother meter reading and electricity monitoring

Install new service connections per advisory by WaterDistribution Engineer

Reconnect water meter upon advice from Billing andCollection Dept.

Maintains, repairs and installs plumbing andrelated fixtures and components water distribution system

Conduct monthly meter reading

Cleaning of water storage tanks at least once ayear.

To report all illegal connections to OperationsEngineers

Perform other tasks as may be assigned

Technical Competencies and Skills

• Must be certified Industrial Electrician, with 2-3 years’ experience exposure to industrial maintenance.
• Experienced Welder/Mechanic
• Valid Driver’s License (4 Wheels)
• Pleasing personality and good communication skills.
• Has good attention to details.
