LIMA LAND, INC. is seeking a maintenance-focused engineer to lead the maintenance program for its water and wastewater facilities and associated assets.
You will oversee both in-house and third-party teams, ensuring repairs align with the program and budget while coordinating with the Economic Estate Property Management Team. The role requires a college engineering degree and 3 years of experience in water treatment operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, reporting, and asset history
Implements maintenance program as defined by the Maintenance Specialist. Maintenance program shall cover company's major assets such as, but not limited to: water and wastewater facilities and equipment, vehicles, generators, and office facilities.
Oversees work done by in-house and/or third-party providers as required by the maintenance program.
Coordinates with Economic Estate Property Management Team for facilities-related repairs and maintenance. Monitors progress and completion of all repairs and maintenance
Assists in the development of policies covering the use of company assets and enforce such policies as approved by the management.
Ensures operational expenditures for maintenance programs are within approved budget.
Provides regular reports to Maintenance Specialist on status of maintenance initiatives, field findings, and recommended course of action.
Achieves compliance with company's health and safety policies and procedures to achieve minimum work related incidents and improve company's health and safety performance.
Maintains historical records for all preventive and corrective maintenance activities conducted
Ensures availability to be the first responder in case of incidents affecting the delivery of water and waste water services.
College graduate of any engineering course
Three (3) years of experience in Water/Waste water Treatment Plant Operations
