Duties and Responsibilities
Job description
1.WATER QUALITY and WATER QUALITY COMPLIANCE
- Ensure potablewater quality standards according to PNSDW 2017 at all time.
- Monthly watersampling for Microbiological test and Twice a year (January and July)Phy-Chem Test.
- Monthlyapplication of Certificate of Potability.
- Monthly postingof water test results and COPs in the shared folder.
- Monitoring andscheduling of water tank cleaning, once or twice a year as required.
2.WATER AVAILABILITY & NRW MANAGEMENT
- Maintain a 24/7water supply within the project
- Maintain anon-revenue water lower than 20% as required by NWRB
- Coordinate anyuntoward incident that may cause water interruption.
- Coordinate anyscheduled or unscheduled activity that may affect the water supply.
- To lead on anyminor and major emergency pipeline repair and to all electro-mechanicalconcerns.
- Dailymonitoring of water levels in the storage tank(s), production volume, andelectrical readings on the controls.
- To lead inbasic leak detection and immediate repair.
- To initiate NRWManagement planning to reduce NRW.
- In-charge ofmeter replacement process whether defective meters or meter replacementprogram.
- Maintaininventory of materials for meter installation/replacement, waterdistribution line repairs, and other pipeline repairs.
3.METER READING AND BILLING
- To lead in thewater meter reading and billing process.
- To monitor themeter reading process using the program / application provided.
- In-charge ofassigning personnel to do the meter reading.
- In-charge insecuring and assigning the needed gadgets for meter reading.
4.CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Response tocustomer service complaint tickets according to SLA's.
- Maintain apassing CSAT score.
5.ADMINISTRATIVE
- Participate inall company related activities and trainings as required.
- Regularsubmission of reports required by your role.
- Participate inthe annual budget planning.
- Attend tomeetings, hearings, seminars, and inspection required by LGU andgovernment agencies, and other entiries.
- Prepare anynecessary documents pertaining to payment for electricity, bulk supply,contractors billings that are related to project activities.

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required
Preferably Engineering degree with PRC license.
