• Monitor pending, completed and overdue SSC units.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure availability of campaign parts.

Job Description

I. Under the direction of the Service Supervisor, SSC Admin is responsible for the effective monitoring, coordination, and execution of all Special Service Campaigns (SSC) in compliance with Toyota Motor Philippines guidelines. ensures that all affected vehicles are properly identified, contacted, and serviced, while maintaining accurate documentation and timely reporting.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Monitor all active SSCs released by Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP).

2) Contact customers with affected vehicles via phone, SMS.

3) Provide clear explanation of campaign details and importance to customers.

4) Perform consistent follow-ups to ensure high completion rate.

5) Maintain complete and organized documentation for all complete SSCs.

6) Monitor pending, completed, and overdue SSC units.

7) Work closely with Parts Department to ensure availability of required campaign parts.
