Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Role focuses on monitoring, coordinating and executing SSCs per TMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all active SSCs released by TMP.
• Contact customers with affected vehicles via phone/SMS.
• Explain campaign details and importance to customers.
• Follow up to ensure high completion rate.
• Maintain complete and organized documentation for all SSCs.
• Monitor pending, completed and overdue SSC units.
• Coordinate with Parts Department to ensure availability of campaign parts.
