Job Summary

The Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, inventory management, procurement coordination, logistics, and the overall movement of materials from suppliers to the plant and project sites. The role ensures the timely availability of materials while maintaining proper inventory levels, cost efficiency, and operational controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.

• Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate monitoring of raw materials, supplies, spare parts, and equipment.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Batching Plant, Project Teams, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials.

• Develop and implement effective supply chain and inventory management processes.

• Monitor material requirements and coordinate replenishment based on production and project schedules.

• Manage logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of materials to plants and project sites.

• Monitor transportation, fleet, and third-Party logistic activities.

• Ensure proper documentation of receiving, issuance, transfers, deliveries, and inventory transactions.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.

• Monitor warehouse costs, transportation expenses, material wastage, and overall supply chain efficiency.

• Establish proper warehouse organization, storage standards, and inventory control procedures.

• Supervise warehouse, logistics, and inventory personnel.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.

• Develop reports and KPIs covering inventory accuracy, stock levels, delivery performance, warehouse productivity, and supply chain costs.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with suppliers and address issues involving delivery schedules, quantities, quality, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or supply chain management.

• Experience in construction, ready-mix concrete, manufacturing, or building materials is highly preferred.

• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, and procurement processes.

• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.

• Willing to work on-site and coordinate with multiple project locations.
