Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a seasoned Warehouse & Inventory Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain precise records via cycle counts and audits, lead a team, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure stock availability and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse management and inventory control leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Experience with cycle counting, stock audits, and reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
