Job summary

MSCS Primegoods Inc. in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing and loading for delivery.

You will supervise warehouse personnel, ensure SOP compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, and Finance under the direction of the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse supervisory experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO and SOPs is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient operations
• Assign and monitor tasks of warehouse personnel based on workload and priorities
• Ensure compliance with SOPs across receiving, storage, picking, staging, and release
• Monitor flow of goods and ensure timely processing of customer and internal orders
• Supervise receiving of all incoming goods and ensure proper verification against documents
• Ensure accurate counting, inspection, and documentation of all deliveries

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of warehouse operations, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, staging, and loading of products for delivery, while overseeing warehouse personnel, inventory movement, product handling, warehouse organization, documentation, and compliance with established procedures and safety standards, and coordinating closely with Procurement, Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other departments to ensure proper receipt, storage, preparation, and release of goods in accordance with approved requirements, with the role focused on the execution and control of warehouse activities while overall operational direction, policy authority, and strategic decision-making remain with the Operations Manager.
