• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and regular cycle counts.
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Enforce warehouse safety policies and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, labor performance, and operational issues.
• Resolve operational problems and handle staff issues as needed.
