Job summary

Pivot-Hawks Manila Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsibilities include managing staff, implementing policies, optimizing stock levels, supervising forklift operations, and maintaining inventory integrity through proper data recording and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/SCM or related field.
• At least 3 years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of WMS and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse staff to meet targets and customer needs.
• Supervise receiving, shipping, and safety SOPs.
• Assist in developing and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Oversee order picking, goods in/out with accuracy.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory records.
• Monitor stock accuracy and data integrity between physical and system.
• Implement WMS and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate reports and address performance issues.
• Manage forklift operations to meet daily targets.
• Verify orders and track shipments.

Job description

About the role

Responsible for the overall supervision and implementation of warehouse plans, systems and procedures. Ensures smooth operation of warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of people within the warehouse function to ensure company's targets and objectives are met and customer requirements are satisfied, ensuring staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures

• Supervise all warehouse activities and personnel, including receiving and shipping materials or goods with safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures

• Assist Department Manager with development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures; ensures all established policies and procedures are followed by warehouse team

• Supervise and control order picking, goods in and out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage

• Organize, facilitate, and manage stock, maintains inventory levels and recording warehouse information at regular intervals

• Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring physical stock is in line with warehouse data system and ensure all stock movements are recorded

• Implement warehouse management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement

• Evaluate individual reports and resolve performance issues assigned to warehouse personnel

• Control of Forklift Truck management to ensure full operational capacity and achieve daily targets

• Verify orders and track shipments

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related course

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing

• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office applications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
