Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, or retail operations experience.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing a warehouse team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, checking, storing, picking, and releasing merchandise.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
• Monitor proper storage, organization, handling, and movement of merchandise.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance, productivity, and work performance.
• Check incoming deliveries and outgoing stocks for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Store Managers and other departments regarding stock requests, transfers, and deliveries.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged/missing items, and operational concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards.
