Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse management or related roles.
• At least 1 year managing warehouse staff (≈50 people).
• Experience supervising large teams (100 personnel) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced operations and meet targets.
• Detail-oriented with knowledge of inventory management.
• Amenable to work onsite Monday to Saturday.

• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure proper manpower allocation across operational shifts

• Monitor daily warehouse processes, including inventory handling, order fulfillment, and overall operational efficiency

• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and quality standards

• Identify and resolve operational issues such as inventory discrepancies, process delays, and equipment concerns

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely completion of tasks

• Prepare and submit operational performance reports, including key metrics, issues, and improvement recommendations

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast manpower or resource needs, and recommend process improvements

• Conduct safety training and drills to promote a safe and compliant working environment

About you

• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles

• At least 1 year of experience managing warehouse staff, preferably handling approximately 50 personnel or more

• Experience supervising large warehouse teams (100 personnel) is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment and meet operational targets

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of inventory management

• Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Saturday
