Vikings Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and releasing of items. You will ensure inventory accuracy and organize warehouse processes to support smooth distribution.
The role requires hands-on leadership of warehouse staff, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with Purchasing and Operations to meet stock requirements and deadlines.

Monitor the movement of stocks and ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring attendance and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and proper warehouse procedures
Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and other departments regarding stock requirements and concerns
Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate any discrepancies
Prepare and submit warehouse and inventory reports to management
Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and proper storage conditions within the warehouse
College graduate, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
Preferably with experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role
Knowledgeable in inventory control, receiving, dispatching, and warehouse procedures
Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory systems
Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
