Elite Headhunting Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor based in the Philippines. The role will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, safety, and reworks, while driving productivity and quality standards.

You will supervise a diverse team, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross‑functional groups to ensure 100% inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in customs, logistics, transportation, business management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, contract management, and warehouse systems (SAP, Cello).
• Proficient in MS Office and data encoding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Supervise receiving, put‑away, dispatching and returns operations.

About the Role
