• Provide daily and monthly reports based on every day transactions (Inbound / Outbound and Inventory)
• Achieve high level of customer satisfaction
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing level and assign workload
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative and amend work procedure and practices

About the role

About you

• A Senior high school graduate or college undergraduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics provided that the candidate has the required relevant work experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head

• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
