Job summary

2GO Group Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Laguna, Philippines to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and ensure efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

The role involves managing inventory, safeguarding assets, and maintaining equipment for smooth distribution. The position requires 3 years of supervisory experience in warehousing/logistics with familiarity in SKU handling and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year business course.
• 3 years of relative supervisory work experience.
• Has warehouse management exposure/experience and people management skills.
• Preferably, with warehousing, logistics and handling big SKU background.
• Familiar with system application usage.
• Knowledgeable in Distribution and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
• Schedule warehouse personnel on assigned shifts to ensure proper staffing for receiving and dispatching products.
• Direct day-to-day warehouse shift activities including dispatching, receiving, replenishments, and inventory control.
• Ensure no claims for inventory variances, stock damages, expired stocks, or customer asset penalties against the company.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventative maintenance and timely repairs to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times.
• Prepare weekly accruals or revenue and monthly billings for submission to Finance.
• Assist Inventory Team in conducting cycle counts/inventory counts.

Job description

The Warehouse Supervisor oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff and securing the warehouse.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily scheduling of warehouse personnel on the assigned shift, to ensure proper staffing in order to receive and dispatch products at the warehouse in a productive and cost-effective manner.

• Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse shift, including dispatching, receiving, replenishments, and inventory control.

• Ensures no claims such as but not limited to inventory variances, stock damages, expired stocks, damage to customer assets, penalties, etc against the company are incurred.

• Ensures proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventative maintenance programs and all necessary repairs. Ensures that the warehouse personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution functions.

• Ensures orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with designated cut-off times.

• Prepare weekly accrual or revenue and monthly billings for submission to Finance.
