PACIFIC ROADLINK LOGISTICS INCORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a warehouse logistics staff to manage the daily receiving, storing, organizing and shipping of inventory while maintaining accurate supply chain documentation.
The role requires basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
A warehouse logistics staff manages the daily receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping of inventory while ensuring supply chain documentation and safety standards remain accurate.
Key responsibilities:
Unload incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or defects, and match items against delivery receipts or purchase orders
Sort, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations using proper stock rotation methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
Pick, pack, and prepare items accurately for outbound delivery, transfer, or customer shipment
Conduct routine physical stock counts, log inventory movements, and report system discrepancies to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace following workplace safety guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma, Senior High School graduation, vocational technical course, or college level/degree in a related field
Prior work history in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment is an advantage
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and familiarity with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or ERP software
Ability to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods, sorting, and lifting heavy boxes or materials
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and clear communication skills to work well within a team
