Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; licensed engineer preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or construction plant operations.
• Strong experience in production planning, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of S&OP, demand/production planning, inventory optimization, safety stock, FIFO/FEFO, and supply planning.
• Experience in project management, CAPEX projects, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple plants and warehouses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Production Planning Manager will oversee production planning, inventory, and warehouse optimization across two major plants and three warehouses. The role will lead S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehouse efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring production plans align with customer demand and operational capacity.

The position will also drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, manage CAPEX and plant improvement projects, and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and external suppliers/contractors. The role is also responsible for supporting HSE, sustainability, operational excellence, and safety standards across the sites.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineeringor a related field;Licensed Engineer is preferred.
