Job summary

Gentem Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Production Planning Manager to oversee production planning, inventory, and warehouse optimization across two plants and three warehouses.

You will drive S&OP, demand and supply planning, and Lean initiatives to align production with customer demand and capacity. The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing or construction plant operations, with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of cost-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction plant operations.
• Strong experience in production planning, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.
• Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand/production planning, inventory optimization, safety stock, FIFO/FEFO, and supply planning.
• Experience in project management, CAPEX projects, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple plants and warehouses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning, inventory management, and warehouse optimization across two major plants and three warehouses.
• Lead S&OP, demand and supply planning, and ensure plans align with customer demand and capacity.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives; manage CAPEX and plant improvement projects.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and external partners.
• Support HSE, sustainability, operational excellence, and safety standards across sites.
