Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on professional to optimize warehouse operations and logistics infrastructure. You will lead process improvements, standardize procedures, and drive cost-saving projects across CPFI’s distribution network.

The role requires strong leadership, Lean Six Sigma and project management skills, with a focus on safety, throughput, and scalability. Onsite work four days weekly in Ortigas, Pasig, plus one work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or Logistics (Master’s advantageous).
• 3–5 years in logistics or warehouse operations; at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related process improvement/warehouse design preferred.
• Willing to report onsite at least four days per week in Ortigas, Pasig, with one work-from-home day weekly.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for operational and cost efficiency within warehouse and logistics processes.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Develop and standardize operating procedures, tools, and templates for logistics operations leveraging CPFI’s scale.
• Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to approved standards and policies.

• Lead capacity planning by analyzing inventory growth, throughput, and storage utilization across the DC network.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, and IT to align with supply chain strategies.
• Mentor and train staff on warehouse design principles, process improvement tools, and project management.

Job Summary

Responsible for providing strategic and technical support in optimizing warehouse operations and logistics infrastructure. This role ensures continuous process improvements and cost improvement projects.

Job Functions

A. Process Improvement & Standardization

• Identify opportunities for operational and cost efficiency within warehouse and logistics processes.
• Lead Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.
• Develop and standardize operating procedures, tools, and templates for logistics operations in a way that leverages on CPFI’s scale.
• Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to approved standards and policies.

B. Warehouse Design & Optimization

• Develop layout and racking design plans that optimize warehouse space, material flow, and safety.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new warehouse projects, relocations, or expansions.
• Assess the flow of goods in CPFI’s current warehouses, identifying bottlenecks to increase throughput of each individual warehouse.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations in implementing automation, material handling systems, and ergonomic improvements.

C. Warehouse Capacity Planning

• Lead the analysis of inventory growth, throughput, and storage utilization throughout the collective DC network to support capacity planning.
• Recommend infrastructure or operational adjustments to ensure warehouses meet demand efficiently.
• Use modeling tools and data analytics to simulate capacity scenarios and propose solutions to potential bottlenecks.
• Support the development of warehouse masterplans in alignment with business forecasts.

D. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Operations, Planning, and IT teams to ensure that technical solutions align with overall supply chain strategies.
• Provide technical input in strategic projects such as network optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Mentor and train staff on warehouse design principles, process improvement tools, and technical project management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master’s Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of work experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain technical support, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Certifications (preferred): Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related process improvement / warehouse design certification.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in process optimization and lean methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to report onsite at least four (4) days per week in Ortigas, Pasig, with one (1) work-from-home day weekly.
