Job summary

Gentem Consulting Services Inc. is seeking a Warehouse & Production Planning Manager to oversee production planning, inventory, and warehouse optimization across two plants and three warehouses.

You will drive S&OP, demand and supply planning, and Lean initiatives to align production with customer demand and capacity. The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing or construction plant operations, with strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of cost-saving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or construction plant operations.
• Strong experience in production planning, inventory planning, and warehouse operations.
• Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand/production planning, inventory optimization, safety stock, FIFO/FEFO, and supply planning.
• Experience in project management, CAPEX projects, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage operations across multiple plants and warehouses.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to drive efficiency, cost savings, and process improvements.

The role will lead S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehouse efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives while ensuring production plans align with customer demand and operational capacity.

The position will also drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects, manage CAPEX and plant improvement projects, and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and external suppliers/contractors. The role is also responsible for supporting HSE, sustainability, operational excellence, and safety standards across the sites.
