Job summary

Crystal Cold Storage seeks an Operations Control Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient goods flow, safety, accuracy, and productivity. You will lead teams, coordinate with internal departments, and manage cold storage or general warehouse operations as assigned.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2+ years experience in warehouse operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and timely updates in the WMS/ERP system.
• Monitor safety, quality, and cold storage handling standards.
• Lead, coach, and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production, and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery.
