The role requires knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, strong leadership, and proficiency in Excel for reports. Night shift work is required and supervision of equipment maintenance is included.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years as Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
• Willing to work night shifts.
• Proficient in Excel and report preparation.

About the role

Cold Storage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily storage operations, inventory control, and frozen storage activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. The role supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates frozen movements, maintains inventory records, and supports the safe and effective management of warehouse resources while meeting operational requirements.

About you

• Willing to work in Night shifting
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock monitoring, and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management methods such as FIFO and FEFO
• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate daily operational activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse logistics coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
