• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate daily operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse logistics coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

About the role

Cold Storage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily storage operations, inventory control, and frozen storage activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. The role supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates frozen movements, maintains inventory records, and supports the safe and effective management of warehouse resources while meeting operational requirements.
