Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Cold Chain facility, coordinating with Commercial/Brand and QA teams to ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of products in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, 3+ years in consumer goods logistics, and strong leadership with SAP proficiency. You will oversee inventory accuracy and process improvements across food, non-food, frozen, and chilled categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry and a solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle Food / Non-food / frozen / Chilled Category.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cold Chain facility.
• Ensure all deliveries from principals and suppliers are properly received, stored, handled, and recorded according to company guidelines.
• Monitor TPA staff and ensure proper work procedures, training, and guidelines are followed.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (Q&A) team to ensure their presence during receiving and timely completion of receiving reports.
• Ensure all products for outbound delivery are properly picked, checked, and prepared for dispatch.
• Monitor and properly handle loose, damaged, or dented products and ensure these are reported with clear action plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures and recommend operational changes when needed.
• Coordinate with the Commercial/Brand teams and other concerned departments to ensure smooth cold chain operations.
• Ensure proper inventory and stock handling within the facility.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
