Job summary

Growsari Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse performance at Sariprime Warehouse, covering order fulfillment, dispatch, and inventory control.

You will manage a team, uphold SOPs, analyze operations data, prepare reports, and drive cost-efficiency while supporting sari-sari store owners in improving livelihoods.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, inventory and logistics operations at a managerial level in consumer goods, retail or logistics industries.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Operations: Ensure pick and pack operations follow SOP and meet KPIs for packing accuracy and volume handled.
• Escalate inventory issues like out of stock to reduce loss of business in a timely manner.
• Recommend process improvements for Fulfillment Operations.
• Dispatch Operations: Ensure dispatch and delivery teams follow SOPs for dispatch, returns, collections and cancellations.
• Ensure timely and complete returns processing by resolving variances between expected and actual returns.
• Inventory Operations: Oversee the entire inventory process with accurate tracking and reporting.
• People Management: Evaluate direct hires and handle sanctions; initiate plans to reduce attrition.
• Admin / Reportorial Requirements: Conduct sales and operations analysis; prepare billing statements, payment requests, cash advances, and purchase requests; suggest cost-cutting measures.

Job summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager is in charge of the end to end performance of Sariprime Warehouse. Warehouse operations involve the following: order fulfillment (pick and pack) and logistics and Inventory.

Key responsibilities:

• Fulfillment Operations

  • Ensure pick and pack operations follow SOP and meet KPIs for their operations including packing accuracy, out of stock levels and volume handled
  • Escalate out of stock and other inventory issues in a timely manner to reduce loss of business
  • Recommend further process improvements that can be done in the Fulfillment Operations

• Dispatch Operations

  • Ensure dispatch and delivery team follows all SOPs for dispatch, returns, collections and cancellations
  • Ensure timely and complete returns processing by resolving all variances between expected and actual returns amount

• Inventory Operations

  • Oversee the entire inventory process and ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of reports

• People Management

  • Evaluation of all direct hires
  • Impose sanctions / disciplinary action for any violations committed
  • Recommends / initiate plan of action to control or reduce attrition rate

• Admin / Reportorial Requirements

  • Sales analysis and operations analysis based on business review requirements
  • Prepare administrative reports such as but not limited to Billing Statements, Request for Payment, Cash Advances, and Purchase Requests
  • Recommends cost-cutting measures to make the hub more profitable

• Knowledge, Skills And Experience Requirements:

  • Have experience in warehouse, inventory and logistics operations at a managerial level in consumer goods, retail or logistics industries

• Qualifications, Certifications And Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, but preferable Industrial Engineering
  • Must have at least 3 years of operations management experience, with 2 years managerial experience
  • Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive products
  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management
