Job summary

Growsari Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the dispatch, delivery and returns processes in our warehouse. You will ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and that orders are dispatched, delivered and collected on time.

• Oversee Dispatch Operations to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Manage Delivery Operations to guarantee on-time deliveries.
• Handle Cash Collection processes as part of warehouse operations.
• Lead People Management within the warehouse team and drive performance.
• Complete Admin/Reportorial requirements and maintain accurate records.

The Logistics Supervisor handles the dispatch, delivery and returns processes of the warehouse. His/her main responsibility is to ensure that day to day operations are smooth and that all orders are dispatch, delivered and collected accordingly.
