- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and guide subordinates to meet objectives.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory movements and report discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with government licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare for and support audits, inspections, and regulatory visits.
- Implement SOPs, safety, and housekeeping standards.
- Submit operational and compliance reports to Warehouse Manager.

Implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), safety, and housekeeping standards. Submit operational and compliance reports to Warehouse Manager.

- Knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Familiarity with government licensing and regulatory requirements such as FDA and Business licenses and permits experience is an advantage
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
