Job summary

Advanced Energy in Batangas, Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and manage warehouse operations efficiently. This role involves ensuring accurate inventory management, overseeing kitting, and driving process improvements to meet operational targets.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of WMS and SAP, and 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
• Experience in handling sensitive materials is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of demand-driven or lean manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, kitting, inventory control, and outbound shipments.
• Ensure accurate and timely physical and system transactions using MRP, WMS, and SAP.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
