Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations with supervisory/leadership duties.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff in daily operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor employee performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
