Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years solid work experience in Warehousing, with at least 2 years in a warehouse leadership role (supervisory level and above).
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with staff and internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory recording and monitoring using warehouse or ERP systems.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with inventory control practices (FIFO, cycle counting, stock reconciliation).
• Maintain warehouse safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze warehouse performance and prepare operational reports and inventory reports for management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement within warehouse operations.
