Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure efficient use of warehouse space and resources.
• Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and implement effective solutions.
• Promote a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and collaboration.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coach, Train and Discipline Warehouse Staff.
• Manage and Maintain inventory safety stock level.
• Insuring 5S are implemented
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring warehouse stock, structure and Equipment are properly maintain.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse processes.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
