Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in Warehouse Operations, Material Control, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain functions.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong background in Kitting, Material Control, and Warehouse Operations (required).
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control processes, and supply chain best practices is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee day‑to‑day warehouse and production coordination, kitting, and material control operations to ensure efficient and accurate material flow.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet operational requirements and business objectives.
• Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Establish performance goals and deadlines aligned with company objectives and communicate expectations clearly to team members.
• Ensure proper inventory management, material handling, storage, issuance, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to support production requirements.
• Investigate operational issues, employee concerns, and customer‑related complaints, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, timekeeping reports, and operational documentation.
• Prepare and submit performance, inventory, and operational reports to management.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees by relaying information, updates, and organizational initiatives.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of material center personnel.
• Recommend employee recognition, promotions, and performance improvement actions based on performance evaluations.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory control, workplace safety, and overall operational performance.
• Lead problem‑solving activities and support initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
