Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor in Bulacan to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure targets for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service are met.

You will supervise Team Leaders and associates, implement plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key duties include supervising inbound/outbound, inventory, and KPIs, planning manpower and shifts, enforcing safety and housekeeping standards, utilizing WMS for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
3–6 years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
At least 1–2 years supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and KPIs.
Experience using WMS and basic reporting tools.
Good people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to be assigned in Bustos, Bulacan (onsite).

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, VAS).
Lead and guide Warehouse Team Leaders and associates.
Ensure achievement of daily and monthly KPIs (productivity, OTIF, inventory accuracy).
Plan manpower and shift activities based on workload and priorities.
Enforce safety, security, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Ensure correct use of WMS and accurate system transactions.
Investigate and resolve operational issues; elevate major concerns as needed.
Support inventory counts, audits, and compliance requirements.
Prepare operational reports and performance updates.
Participate in process improvements, new implementations, and go‑live support.
