Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics operations management experience.
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, data analytics, and operational tech.
• Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen or CI exposure is advantageous.
• Proven leadership, project and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, productivity and service KPIs.
• Manage inbound/outbound, inventory, and value-added services activities.
• Drive workforce planning and operational efficiency across the site.
• Identify and implement digital solutions to boost productivity and accuracy.
• Lead automation projects, dashboard development, RF solutions, and data analytics.
• Develop standardized SOPs and best practices; promote continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop managers, supervisors, and teams; report to senior leadership.
