Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead Order Control, Picking, Packing, and Shipping. You will drive daily performance, enforce SOPs, and coordinate across departments to meet service levels.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in warehouse/logistics, 3+ years in supervision, and hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE). Strong focus on continuous improvement, safety, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5–8 years in warehouse/logistics operations.
Minimum 3 years in supervisory or management roles.
Experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/JDE) is required.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of Order Control, Picking, Packing, Kitting/Splitting, and Shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Monitor workflow, resource allocation, and department performance to meet customer requirements and objectives.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and policies across operations.
Coordinate with Shipping and other departments to resolve issues and improve cross-functional performance.
Oversee order validation, prioritization, release, and on-time delivery.
Monitor inventory movements and accuracy within warehouse systems.
Drive KPIs, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
