Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Warehouse Operations Leader to guide daily warehousing activities with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will drive digitalization, automate processes, and standardize procedures across sites while leading teams and managing key stakeholders.

The role emphasizes Lean, Six Sigma, data analytics, and continuous improvement to meet service levels and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, engineering, business administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of warehouse or logistics operations management experience.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, data analytics, and operational technologies.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and service KPIs.
• Manage inbound, outbound, inventory management, and value-added services activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement digital solutions to improve warehouse productivity, visibility, and accuracy.
• Lead warehouse automation and technology projects, including WMS enhancements, dashboard development, robotics, RF solutions, and data analytics tools.
• Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging process improvement ideas and testing new technologies.
• Utilize data and operational insights to drive decision-making and business performance.
• Develop standardized operating procedures and best practices across warehouse operations.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Establish governance and auditing mechanisms to ensure process compliance and sustainability.
• Drive operational excellence programs and knowledge-sharing across sites.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
