Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced logistics professional in the Philippines to oversee daily outbound tasks, schedule production, and drive KPI-based performance reviews. The role requires WMS proficiency, strong data accuracy, and teamwork across cross-functional teams.

You will develop SOPs, enforce safety standards, mentor supervisors, and optimize rosters to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality fulfillment.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in logistics or related field.
At least 3 years of e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control experience.
Proficient with WMS software and e-commerce warehouse operations.
Strong data accuracy, detail orientation, and MS Excel skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
Mandarin proficiency and handling 50+ personnel leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely completion of daily outbound tasks including picking, sorting, order checking and shipping.
Develop production schedules and coordinate workgroups for accurate order fulfillment.
Define performance targets for roles and conduct regular KPI reviews.
Develop and refine SOPs to drive productivity and quality.
Enforce warehouse safety protocols to protect inventory, equipment, and staff.
Mentor team leaders and associates through ongoing training.
Monitor real-time floor operations to maintain 6S standards.
Optimize duty rosters and scheduling to reduce labor costs and waste.
Undertake other assignments and projects as delegated by management.
