Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to oversee accuracy and efficiency in e-commerce operations. You will align system records with physical stock and bin locations.

Responsibilities include implementing workflows, conducting regular stock counts, resolving variances, and coordinating with inbound, outbound, and front-end teams. Strong Excel skills and WMS experience required; Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce warehouse management or inventory control.
• Proficient with warehouse processes and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy across system, stock, and bin locations.
• Implement and refine inventory management workflows with strict controls and documentation.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual stock audits to verify accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Inbound, Outbound, and Front-end Operations teams for data and support.
• Assign codes and manage data entry for non-barcoded products to ensure data integrity.
• Audit key processes like put-away and picking to ensure quality before shipment.
• Undertake other inventory-related tasks as directed by management.
