Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Store/Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities. The role emphasizes maintaining SLA adherence, productivity, quality benchmarks and inventory accuracy while leading a motivated store team.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in English and Tagalog. Immediate joiners are preferred for this on-site position in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse/Retail/Dark store operations.
• Good leadership & team handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination & communication skills (English + Tagalog).
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, Email).
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations: inbound, storage, picking, packing & dispatch.
• Ensure SLA adherence, productivity & quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts & shrinkage control.
• Lead, train & manage the store team.
• Coordinate with planning, dispatch & transport teams.
• Ensure safety, hygiene & statutory compliance.
• Handle escalations and peak volume operations.
• Maintain MIS reports (manpower, productivity, inventory, cost).
